Familiar with Medical Medium protocols or maybe just curious about what his books and advice have to offer? Are you perhaps following a protocol or two and just want to find some like-minded individuals to share recipes with, pose questions to or just share space with?

This will be the first meeting of its kind and we will finesse the agenda as we go but here’s the plan so far:

• Introductions
• Recipe/ Idea share – bring a dish or a “No” food compliant recipe to share. Share any clever tricks you have found to help improve compliance with the protocols.
• Questions & Discussion – this can be helpful as we all try to acquire this tremendous amount of information he is sharing
• 5-minute Meditation to celebrate the love
• Confirm next meeting date
