Explore Higher States of Consciousness

Join us for a fun evening as we watch and discuss a video of Deepak Chopra MD exploring the higher states of consciousness that are available to all of us. He’ll provide knowledge and insights into the natural expansion of our awareness that occurs as we raise our vibration through meditation, yoga, Qi Gong, or other mindfulness methods; we gain access to new possibilities for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. We’ll become inspired and/or reminded of new ways to experience our potentials. Everyone is welcome! Optional group meditation led by Nancy Straatmann will follow for those who wish to stay and join in. Group energy delightfully accelerates our own energy and helps deepen our practice.

Donations will be accepted for a local charity called Hands that Serve which helps our homeless population in St Louis.

Nancy Straatmann is a certified Meditation instructor, mindfulness-based Coach, Holy Fire Reiki master, and Licensed Professional Counselor.
