The Gottman Institute has researched couples for over 40 years. Using this data, Dr. Gottman determined that there are 7 things that are great for building and strengthening their relationships. With a 91% accuracy, to determine which couples are sinking ships by the appearance of 4 key traits in how they choose to interact.
In this 2 hour class, we will explore the “Masters and Disasters” in terms of their relationships.

This introductory class is for all couples, regardless of race or orientation. Whether you’ve been together 25 years or a month, this class gives a good baseline for you to see the opportunities you have to strengthen your relationship.

This class is also good for singles who are interested in honing their skills before starting a new relationship.
